How do monthly subscriptions work?

When purchasing a subscription product, you will get to choose how often you would like to get billed -- either monthly, or annually. Usually the annual plan is slightly discounted.

On the first of every month, we will charge your card, and you should receive an order confirmation email shortly after. This works exactly the same as if you were to make a single-time purchase.

Please note: if you cancel the annual subscription anytime before the next billing cycle, you will NOT receive a refund or prorated subscription.

How often do you launch new products?

We try our best to launch new products once per month, but since we design everything by hand, things may not always go according to plan.

Do you design everything yourself?

Yes! We design/draw all of our products by hand.

How do I order your products?

First, browse our product page here.

Once you find a product that you like, click the "Add to Cart" button on the right side of the page.

How should I take care of your stickers?

Are stickers are weatherproof and durable. They are printed on a thin, polyester sticker paper. Here are some of the most important tips for taking care of your stickers.

  • Do not soak in water for long periods of time.
  • Apply your stickers to a clean and flat surface to ensure a strong stick.
  • Do not reuse your stickers to maintain the strength of the adhesive.

When applying your stickers, peel the backing AWAY from the sticker to prevent curling.

What are your stickers made of?

Our stickers are printed on a durable polyester sticker paper which is weatherproof and strong. As with any adhesive, please refrain from submerging our stickers in liquid for long periods of time.

How long do your stickers last?

When applied correctly, our stickers can last for 2-3 years.

How do I apply your stickers?

Here are the steps to ensure the best application of our stickers.

  1. Pick a clean and flat surface to apply your stickers. (For best results, wipe the surface with a wet cloth and wait for it to air dry)
  2. Peel the backing AWAY from the sticker. To prevent curling, do not peel the stickers away from the backing.
  3. Stick on end of the sticker on your surface, and check for alignment.
  4. Use your finger to flatten the sticker so that there are no air bubbles.

What is the difference between vinyl and polyester stickers?

While you may be used to vinyl stickers which are typically used, we have opted to use polyester sticker sheets as our sticker material. This maintains the same durable quality, while keeping a thin profile. They are matte and weatherproof.

Glass Cold Cups

How do I take care of your glass cups?

Taking care of our cups is relatively simple.

  • Hand Wash Only: Please wash our cups with soap and warm water -- do not put them in the dishwasher.
  • Don't Soak the Lid: To maintain the natural look of the wooden lid, don't soak it in liquid for prolonged periods of time.
  • Remember, it's Glass! Our cups are made out of glass and are fragile. Handle them with care and do not drop them.

Are your cups dishwasher safe?

No. To ensure the durability of your cup, please hand-wash it with soap and warm water.

What happens if the design starts to peel?

If the design starts to peel of your cup, please send us an email at We would happily help fix it.

This usually entails that you return your cup to us, we fix the issue, then ship it back to you -- we cover the entire cost because we believe in the durability of our cups!

How do you ship your cups so that they don't break?

We wrap our cups in bubble wrap which helps protect it in transit. We line each box with recyclable honeycomb paper which offers additional padding.

We are happy to say that we have never had a cup break in transit!

Orders and Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary between the products in each order. The shipping times for your order may vary, and these are just guidelines only.

Most orders take 2-5 days in transit, but if you wish to upgrade to a faster shipping rate, you may choose between 1-3 day shipping, or 1-2 day shipping.

Sometimes, we will ship high-value orders with USPS Priority Mail which will arrive in 1-3 days.

How long does it take before my order ships?

We try our best to ship all orders the same day if it was placed before 5pm. In some rare occasions, we will not be able to accommodate this and your order will ship the day after.

What carrier do you ship with?

Almost all of our orders are shipped via USPS, but we will occasionally use other carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Will I get a tracking number with my order?

Orders containing only stickers will not receive a tracking number, unless you have purchased a shipping upgrade.

All other orders will receive a tracking number, and you should receive an email after your order ships with a link to our custom tracking page where you can track your order!

How do I track my order?

If your order has a tracking number, you should have receive an email which contains the tracking and shipping information. Clicking the link in the email will lead you to a custom tracking page where you can track your order.
